My Dream
There are moments in life when you feel the time has come to change course. La Corte di Laura was born from one of these moments. After years of working as an interior designer—a solid and creative career—a strong need emerged to do something different: no longer just designing the spaces where people experience special moments, but creating those moments, welcoming them, and making them authentic. From this courageous choice, the project for a restaurant that would first and foremost be 'home' was born.
The dream found its ideal place in Granaiola, in the beautiful Lima Valley, in Bagni di Lucca. A territory that invites you to slow down, surrounded by greenery, mountain air, and a more human pace of life. Here, in the spaces of the former Biribisso restaurant, a true rebirth has begun.
The renovation of the premises was personally supervised, using design experience to create a welcoming, refined but never pretentious environment. Every detail is designed to make guests feel at ease, in a place that tells of passion, attention, and respect for its surroundings.
